When I when ,was kind of lonely (Saturday nigh) the place look great and have a good variety of drinks.

Nice lay back atmosphere. If your looking for a place to hang out and have a few drinks without the crowds, this is the place.

A British looking old style pub. Very quite most of the time. If you are looking for great authentic tasting fish & chips, don't have their's. The chips are not cooked enough 'nor by any means brown enough and the fish-cod it was not, very dry and tasteless, like Coley etc. It's hard to beat what is done at the cookery school on the outskirts of Nagoya.

In a wonderful space, women can enjoy drinking alone. Rice is also a delicious bar.

The entrance is narrow, but it leads to the second floor when it enters, and it is surprisingly wide! Alcohol is good.

Good for drinks and the beginning of an evening out. However, the smell of could smoke from the day before us not very welcoming. But anyway ... It's a bar.

Was there with friends, spent a decent amount of money. They REFUSED to give us water. Not coming back

Being an American who has never been to the UK, I'm not really sure what a British pub is really like. Having said that, Elephant's Nest is, in some ways, what I imagine they might be like - good beer and greasy food you share with friends surrounded by music and sports. Not sure if people bring their small children to actual British pubs, though...

Ichigen is a shop that I refuse to refuse. While drinking at the counter abyss, the regular girls came to the counter somewhere and were glared by the master with the eyes of "You, go home!", So I left the store to be kicked out. Not comfortable at all.

One of my favorite places in Nagoya. So many memories asaociated to this place. Really nice and cozy ambience with some super friendly staff. Japanese speaking events were fun to attend to.

I visited British Bar, but the music was Latin, and there were stars and stripes in the room. It is multinational. Disappointing (laughs). This was Nagoya in Japan.

If you are a British pub people ... smoking in Japan is incredible. Smokers are also tough.
